^^ I'd like an explanation as well, mainly because I don't want people (including myself) to misunderstand the video. And truth be told, I'd be completely unaware of the kissing scene if I hadn't seen Natt's screen capture of it. It's there only for a fraction of a second, so I'm having hard time seeing it even when I know about it :D Yes, I'm slow...

I don't even understand why people would be... hum, disturbed by the kissing, it's not like it's romantic kissing, they're not a couple, Kerli's not lesbian (just open-minded?), so it has something to do with the story of the video. At least that's how I think...

For me when I first saw that part I was a little shocked seeing as I have never seen Kerli be open like that before and you just wouldn't expect it in a Kerli video at all xD. Though after I realised that it has to be part of the story that it didn't bother me anymore cos after all Kerli wouldn't stick something in the video for the hell of it just to get people to watch it.

She doesnt need to explain her videos, they are easy to understand.
If people dont understand them thats their problem.

Having been alive when MTV started and showed nothing but music videos (not the stupid crap they show now), I can say that "Zero Gravity" is up there with some of the classics from that era.

It's well made, there is a progression of a story line, and it has great music. Really you don't need anything else.

I think Kerlis voice is getting stronger. I can hear a difference between her earlier vids and "Zero".

I wish the video version of the song would be the same as the real one. the video one really annoys me. in the official version her voice is like better layered by the song, but in the video one it isn't so it sounds much worse.. and so many people are only gonna hear that version. so yeah, the video doesn't bother me but the song does lol. anyone know what I mean? XD

Heard a version of the studio Zero. Frankly her voice is clearer in the video.

I wasn't sure how to feel about the video. It's strange and unique, which seems appropriate, doesn't it? Considering who's video it is.
I'm kind of on the fence about it I guess. I love, love, love the song however.

I don't know what the big deal is about that half a second brush of the lips lol. It's no big deal. I thought it was kinda hot in a way (& I'm completely straight) and I don't think it is something I'd necessarily find shocking for her to do in a video. She's a very easy going and open minded person. It doesn't mean she's gay or whatever. Not that it matters anyway.
All it means is that she is comfortable with who she is and with her sexuality.

I suppose when I think about it I can see it being a little shocking to a younger person who's got a lot less years life experience or someone who is more closed minded. But it's no biggie Smile

I LOVE the video..Its so dreamy! The Sky Princess is my favorite..It's so cool how Kerli made that geisha inspired ensemble...I interpret the video as being reborn/transformed into a more positive being..Same as the song..I'm at that point in my life as well, that's why I cherish the song so much...I used to be sooo depressed, dark and goth when I was young..I was such an "Oh why me, poor me person"..Now that I'm older I want to be more positive, and now I truly believe in love..I feel loved. Having a more positive outlook on life is wayyy better than being depressed, and crappy..lol..Sorry for the rant..Smile

^ That video reminded me of Kylie's Can't Get You Out of My Head. The driving and the "group" dancing, mostly, heh. (Couldn't listen, no speakers)

So now it's already a year since it was released. I still remember the day. I had a day off and was SO excited about the video and it got many views in the first few weeks... it was incredible!

I watched it first time shortly after getting into a mental ward. I spent 3 months there, and this song and video always remind me of that. I was so excited about it but couldn't watch it all the time, because I had no computer in the ward. It was a hard spring for me, but now it feels even more great to see how much better I've got, and I associate this song with the whole process. Thank you Kerli.

EDIT: Oh and also Army of Love, which is kinda the song that made me start my recovery. I still find it hard to believe how important Kerli has turned out to be for me.
