Yoga? Reiki?

I'll be starting one of them out soon, cause I'm really stressed out. I don't have much idea about what I'll be doing there, I just wait and see, I think. Have any of u guys tried it before? Does it work or is it worth the time? Or if u haven't tried it, just tell me what u think?

i used to do a lot of yoga. i think what most people dont realise its not just relaxing and sitting with ur legs crossed breathing in and out. its actually a VERY hard work out! so the first couple of times will be quite hard but once you get in the habit of doing yoga you'll love it. and its very good for your tendons and flexibility so you'll gain a lot from doing it Smile i dont know much about reiki but i would recommend yoga to anyone.. just dont underestimate it Smile

I totally envy those who are good at yoga. I used to do it as well until I broke my knee...I can't bend like I should when practicing yoga anymore.
but yeah, I agree with mimi, don't underestimate it!

it was 6 years ago. I used to have a hip hop dance practice every evening. and we had lots of saltos and jumps in the dance and I just did one wrong and broke my knee.

I do a lot of Yoga. I really like it. I also do Pilates, which is a core-based workout.

They're both great for dance.

Yoga is really good <3 I used to do it but stopped for a while cuz i don't have the time or place i hope the next month to start practice again ^^
After about 25 mins of training and you finish with just lying on the ground listening what they are talking to you is so relaxing ^^
and after that it feels so fresh =)

I love yoga. It is a lot harder than it looks. I feel so much more relaxed after.

i do yoga and pilates everytime i can and its really helpful it gives you more
elasticity and helps you to get relax

it is amazing. especially because if u do yoga or pilates or any stretching exercise, you'll understand how tall you're actually supposed to be. we all should be a tiny bit taller than we are.
